Faith Groups & Charities
Religious faith is still very much alive in the lives of many African-Australian communities. Most Afro-Australians individuals are either Christian or Moslem and they value their faith just as much, if not more, than their African “culture”.
Across Australia there are increasingly more faith organisations being created to cater for the spiritual needs of African communities. Some of the faith groups we have identified so far include:
